Drummond Castle Grounds

The castle itself is a private residence and not open to the public, but the grounds offer magnificent views of the building and the surrounding countryside. The formal, Italianate-style gardens were first laid out in the 17th century and redesigned in the 19th century. The gardens have also served as a filming location for movies like Rob Roy and the TV series Outlander, where they stood in for the Palace of Versailles.

Falls of Dochart

Stunning waterfalls, best viewed from the ancient bridge dating back to 1760.

Falls of Dochart Inn

The restaurant serves hearty, authentic Scottish food, sourcing local produce like venison and their own smoked salmon.

Falls of Dochart Smokehouse

The on-site smokehouse produces items like whisky-smoked salmon and unique enthused gins.

Callander Woolen mill

Meet and 'hand feed' the 3 resident Highland 'Coos' Hamish, Honey and Baxter.

The Kelpies

These iconic horse statues are the tallest in the world, sculpted on the images of the last two coal horses in Glasgow, Baron and Duke.
