Itinerary


Day 1

Pickup from Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Stirling at 09:30 am


Dunino Glen

An ancient ceremonial site for Druids and pagan worship. The rock carvings date back to 800 AD. Offerings are still left here by visitors hoping to see fairies or spirits from a time gone by.


St Andrews

Famous for its Cathedral, cobbled streets, University and of course regarded to Golfers worldwide as the 'home of Golf'.


Bankfoot, Perthshire

A quick restroom stop and of course the main attraction, 'Highland Coos'.


Hermitage, Dunkeld

A gentle walk under the Douglas firs, the tallest trees in Scotland leads us to Ossian's Hall, a viewing platform of the mighty Black Linn waterfall below, close by is an old 17th Century bridge, near the path we will find 'wishing trees', an ancient custom where thousands of coins are stamped into tree stumps in the belief it brings prosperity and longevity.

 

Pitlochry

Built as a market town, the streets are lined with independent shops and cafes.


Dalwhinnie Distillery

The tallest Whisky distillery by altitude in Scotland, we will stop for a quick dram.


Clava Cairns (light permitting)

Predating the Pyramids and Stonehenge, this mystical site was the inspiration to the Outlander TV series, with 12 standing stones and several stone burial grounds.


Drop off in Inverness, at your accommodation of choice.


Day 2

Pickup from your accommodation at 9:00am


Clansman Harbour

Take a cruise on Loch Ness to the deepest part of the Loch, included in the price is entry to Urquhart Castle on the Jacobite freedom cruise.


Fort Augustus

Famous for its military strategic position on the most southerly part of Loch Ness, it is home to Neptune's staircase, a series of Locks lowering and raising ships.

We will have lunch here and visit the glassblowing shop.


Fort William

Known as the gateway to Ben Nevis, Great Britain's tallest mountain.


Glencoe Three Sisters

Arguably the most photographed place in Scotland, we will stop here to take pictures and raise a glass to the Highlands.


Tyndrum

With several photo stops along Glencoe mountain range including Loch Tulla, we will make our to Tyndrum, the award winning 'Real Food Cafe', serving the best fish 'n' chips in the Highlands, with Vegan, Halal and Gluten free options.


Drop off back at your accommodation.

Important Notes

  • British cars are smaller than our American counterparts, please be aware of this when booking for 4 adults.

  • Our website takes a deposit of £240 with the balance payable to the guide on the day (cash/card).



Cancellation Policy (Deposit paid)

  • No cancellation fee is applicable, if made at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled departure.

  • If a Customer cancels between 13 and 3 days of the scheduled departure, a 50 per cent cancellation fee applies to the deposit.

  • If a Customer cancels within 48 hours of the tour departure time, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee applicable to the deposit.
